The Bank of Princeton reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. For the fourth quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 16 million compared to USD 13.57 million a year ago. Net income was USD 6.18 million compared to USD 4.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.94 compared to USD 0.6 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.92 compared to USD 0.6 a year ago.
For the full year, net interest income was USD 62.6 million compared to USD 48.85 million a year ago. Net income was USD 22.49 million compared to USD 13.81 million a year ago.
