Premier Asset Management Group PLC (AIM: PAM) today announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02p each (the 'Shares') undertaken by a personclosely associatedwith a person discharging managerial responsibilities for the Company, as a result of a re-registration to a nominee account. There has been no change of beneficial ownership as a result of this transfer of the legal title of Shares from the individual to Link Market Services Trustees (Nominees) Limited.
