POWERSOFT: CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2022

Scandicci (Firenze), 27 January 2022 - The Board of Directors of Powersoft S.p.A. (the "Company" o "Powersoft"), world technology leader in audio amplification systems, signal processing and transduction systems for the pro-audio sector, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, met today to approve, pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Regulation, the dates related to the main events of 2022 financial calendar.

Any changes will be promptly disclosed to the market.

	Consolidated Financial Statements as at December 31, 2021
	28 April 2022			Shareholders' Meeting for	the approval of the Financial Statements and
			presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2021
29 September 2022		Board of Directors to approve the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of
	June 30, 2022, voluntarily subject to a limited audit
