Poseidon Containers Holdings Corp. owns and operates containership vessels. The Company's initial fleet consists of approximately 20 containerships, which include Handymax vessels, Panamax vessels and Post-Panamax vessels. The Company's initial fleet includes M/V Maira, which has a capacity of over 2,500 twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU); M/V Newyorker, which has a capacity of over 2,500 TEU; M/V Nikolas, which has a capacity of over 2,500 TEU; M/V Mamitsa, which has a capacity of over 2,700 TEU; M/V Athena, which has a capacity of over 2,800 TEU; M/V Dolphin II, which has a capacity of over 5,100 TEU; M/V Orca I, which has a capacity of over 5,100 TEU; M/V Japan, which has a capacity of over 5,400 TEU, and M/V Britain, which has a capacity of over 5,300 TEU, among others.
