Reference to the Board of Director's Meeting of POSCO-Thainox Public Company Limited ("the Company"), No. 1/2018 ("the Meeting") , held on 30 January 2018 at 11.00 AM, at Conference Room of the Company, Emporium Tower, Floor 15/6-8 622 Sukhumvit Road, Klongtan, Klongtoey, Bangkok. The Company hereby notify with the following matters:

• 1. The Meeting acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Hyung Mok Kim, director of the Company effective from 30 January 2018 and resolved the appointment of Mr. Kyoung Jin Rhee as a new director, effective from 30 January 2018

• 2. The Meeting acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Kwang Soo Kim , director of the Company effective from 30 January 2018 and resolved the appointment of Mr. Byung Taek Lee as a new director, effective from 30 January 2018

• 3. The Meeting approved the changing of authorized directors of the Company to be as follows;

  "Mr. Kyung Hwa Song and Mr. Kyoung Jin Rhee Jointly signed on behalf of the Company with the Company's seal affixed"

  The Company will register and report the changing of director and authorized directors with related authorities accordingly.
