On January 27, 2022, Ponce Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") and PDL Community Bancorp ("PDL"), announced the completion of the conversion and reorganization and related stock offering. PDL stock has ceased trading. The Company's stock will begin trading tomorrow, January 28, 2022.
