Fortum May Sell Duon's Gas Infrastructure

Fortum Holding B.V. has reportedly put up for sale gas infrastructure which belongs to Grupa DUON S.A. Companies interested in the acquisition, the value of which is estimated at over PLN 200 million, include the Polish national oil and gas concern Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A., as well as Gaspol S.A., AmeriGas Polska Sp. z.o.o. and GasCom. Fortum has not denied or confirmed the news but the Polish daily newspaper Puls Biznesu has received confirmation from three unofficial sources.
