In accordance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter c), of Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Poligrafica S. Faustino announces the following financial calendar for 2012:

Friday, March 9	Approval of 2011 draft Company Annual Financial Statements and 2011 Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of Poligrafica Sanfaustino Group
Friday, April 20	Shareholders' meeting for approval 2011 Financial Statements of Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A.
Friday, May 11	Approval of Quarterly Report as at March 31, 2012
Tuesday, August 28	Approval of Half Yearly Report as at June 30, 2012
Friday, November 9	Approval of Quarterly Report as at September 30, 2012

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market.

As provided by art. 2.2.3., paragraph 3, letter a) of Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., the Company will not publish Quarterly Report for the fourth quarter of 2011 as the Annual Financial Statements will be published within 90 days from the end of the accounting year.
