Upon suggestion by the PPDIV, union with the largest number of members represented in the Podravka Group, the Management Board reached a resolution to continue the Provision Program with severance payments.

Provision Program is a part of the necessary restructuring process, aiming to optimize costs and increase business efficiency and thus ensure sustainability of the remaining jobs. Workers deciding to leave the company within this Program will receive severance payments amounting to net HRK 5,000.00 for each year spent at Podravka Considering these severance payments are above those lawfully granted, Podravka wishes to thank to workers willing to participate in this program for their contribution built in the development of this company.

The last Provision Program which was conducted early last year, included 340 workers of Podravka Group, and a total of HRK 45 million was allocated for it.
