PNE Wind AG announced that CEO Martin Billhardt consensually leaves the Board of Management as of 30 September 2015. Correspondingly, it is intended to fully replace the Supervisory Board. All members of the Supervisory Board have in the Supervisory Board meeting on 14 August 2015 declared their willingness to resign from the Supervisory Board as of the end of the next General Meeting.
The CEO has agreed with the Supervisory Board on a consensual retirement as of 30 September 2015.
