Merger of PLA with Jubilee Platinum plc

Extension to finance condition

Further to the Deed Administrator's announcement earlier today, PLA and Jubilee have agreed to extend the date by which the finance condition contained in clause 3.1(h) of the Implementation Deed must be satisfied from the First Court Date to the Second Court Date.
The extension was agreed to facilitate ongoing negotiations with financial institutions and does not otherwise affect the implementation of the Scheme
