Plantynet Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A075130) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares for KRW 440 million based on the closing price of KRW 4,400 on August 24, 2015. The shares will be directly repurchased through Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation market.
The purpose behind the program is to stabilize the stock price and enhancing shareholder's value. The company will repurchase up to 12,494 shares per day. The repurchase program will continue until November 25, 2015.
As of August 24, 2015, the company has 646,392 treasury shares within scope available for dividend and no treasury stock through other buyback.
