PIVOVARNA LASKO D.D. Pursuant to provisions of the Financial Instruments Market Act and the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. the company Pivovarna Laško, d.d., Trubarjeva 28, 3270 Laško (hereinafter: the Company), hereby publishes the following notification:
At its 3rd regular meeting on 7 March 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted the following significant resolutions:
- The Supervisory Board approved and adopted the audited Annual Report of the Laško Group and Pivovarna Laško, d.d., for 2015
- The Supervisory Board adopted the Report on the verification of the audited Annual Report of the Laško Group and Pivovarna Laško, d.d., for 2015 of 7 March 2016
- The Supervisory Board has been briefed on the request for convening the General Meeting of Pivovarna Laško, d.d., submitted by HEINEKEN INTERNATIONAL, B.V., Amsterdam in connection with the exclusion of the minority shareholders from the Company and withdrawal of the Company shares from the organised market, as well as the materials for the convocation of the General Meeting of Pivovarna Laško, d.d., which have been approved in part, referring to resolutions proposed the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
At its 3rd regular meeting on 7 March 2016 the Supervisory Board of Pivovarna Union d.d. approved and accepted the audited Annual Report of Pivovarna Union d.d. for 2015, the Report of the Supervisory Board on the verification of the audited Annual Report of Pivovarna Union, d.d. for 2015 of 7 March 2016. Furthermore, the Supervisory Board has been briefed on the request for convening the General Meeting of Pivovarna Union, d.d., submitted by Pivovarna Laško, d.d., in connection with the exclusion of minority shareholders, and the materials for convening the General Meeting of Pivovarna Union d.d., which have been approved in part, referring to resolutions proposed the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
