Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 190.215 million compared to USD 175.017 million a year ago. Net income was USD 95.318 million compared to USD 26.798 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 1.24 compared to USD 0.35 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 1.23 compared to USD 0.35 a year ago. For the full year, net interest income was USD 736.342 million compared to USD 543.306 million a year ago. Net income was USD 359.440 million compared to USD 173.979 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 4.66 compared to USD 2.73 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 4.64 compared to USD 2.7 a year ago.
