Mt. Laurel, NJ - January 29, 2013 - PHH Corporation and its employees raised more than $80,000 in support of the American Red Cross Superstorm Sandy recovery efforts.

In the wake of last October's devastating storm, PHH employees, many of whom live near affected areas in New Jersey and Maryland, contributed more than $40,000 to relief efforts, which the company matched dollar-for-dollar. Earlier this month, at PHH headquarters in Mount Laurel, PHH President and CEO Glen Messina presented Joseph G. Blazejewski, Major Gift Officer for the American Red Cross of Southern New Jersey, with a check for the total amount.

According to Blazejewski, "The American Red Cross has developed a strong relationship with PHH over the years, through blood drives, health and safety classes at their facilities and many volunteer activities. In addition, PHH Arval, the company's fleet-management arm, is the provider of choice for the American Red Cross' nationwide fleet of vehicles."

"We're extremely proud to be able to contribute meaningfully to the good work being done by the American Red Cross, in the wake of this impactful storm," said Messina. "PHH has a long history of giving back to the communities in which we live and work. I'm continually impressed by the commitment our employees show to making a difference."
