PHC Holdings Corporation (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, President, Representative Director and CEO: Shoji Miyazaki, hereafter PHCHD) will move the headquarters functions of PHCHD and its wholly-owned subsidiary PHC Corporation to a new location in Tokyo: the Dai-ichi Life Hibiya First building near Hibiya Park.

The relocation was approved at the 10th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 23, 2023, and is scheduled to be completed in April 2024.

PHCHD expects this move from its current location in Nishi-Shimbashi to drive operational efficiency, improve collaboration, and reduce expenses in headquarters. In addition to being more conveniently located near major train stations, the new space will allow the headquarters functions of PHCHD and PHC Corporation to be fully integrated on one floor and create an environment that better supports learning and talent development, advancing the Human Resources goals of PHCHD's mid-term plan, or Value Creation Plan (FY22-FY25).
