(Alliance News) - PharmaNutra Spa on Wednesday announced the signing of three new international commercial agreements for the distribution of products from the SiderAL® and Cetilar® lines in the Indonesian Republic, Kuwait and Mexico.

With the signing of these new contracts, PharmaNutra Group currently has 47 distributors in 70 countries across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

Relative to the Indonesian territory, Pharmanutra points out, it will be the new partner PT Pyridam Farma that will start the distribution of the Sucrosomal Iron®-based nutritional supplements, SiderAL® F30 - PharmaNutra brand - and SiderAL® Drops P, Junia Pharma brand.

On the other hand, as far as Kuwait is concerned, the agreement was made with the pharmaceutical company PharmaLife, a distributor of medical devices, food supplements, medical equipment and natural products already a partner of important Italian and foreign companies.

In Mexico, PharmaNutra decided to sign a new partnership with the company SMS Pharma, whose core business is focused on the development of national commercial networks specialized in the distribution of pharmaceutical and health care products.

"After the distribution agreements in Denmark and Albania related to the products of the SiderAL® line, it is a pleasure to be able to announce the closing of three new strategically very important collaborations as part of PharmaNutra Group's international expansion project," says Carlo Volpi, PharmaNutra Group's managing director.

"Indonesia represents a market with enormous potential, considering that we are talking about the fourth most populous nation in the world: it has been a long process and now we are ready to reap the fruits of the excellent work carried out by our Foreign Business Development."

"Regarding Kuwait and Mexico, even though they are different numbers, we are talking about agreements that are particularly relevant from the point of view of commercial positioning, as they provide for the distribution of several products of our two main lines, SiderAL® and Cetilar®, right away. We are particularly optimistic about future developments in these countries," Volpi concluded.

PharmaNutra, on Wednesday, trades in the green by 0.2 percent at EUR62.80 per share.
