Appointments to the Group Management Structure

From the 10th January, Yves Bonnefont rejoins the Group as head of Strategy. He will report to Philippe Varin, President of the Managing Board.
Barnaby Noble, currently Director of Strategy and Business Development, takes on the newly created role of Director of Corporate Finance within the Group Finance Division headed up by Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon.
Gilles Comes, until now Vice President of sales financial controls within the Brands direction, becomes from today Group Financial Controller within the Group Finance Division. He will report to Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon.

In 1994, Yves Bonnefont started his carreer at PSA in manufacturing in Rennes and in the technical center of Vélizy. After four years with Arthur Andersen where he led the automotive practice in France, he joined McKinsey in 2001 and was elected partner in
2006. Since 2010, he has been a member of the global committee in charge of the election of new partners. Since 2007, Yves Bonnefont has chaired the global knowledge committee of McKinsey automotive practice. Over his eleven years at McKinsey, Yves
Bonnefont has served mainly automotive and high tech clients.
Yves Bonnefont, 41, graduated from the Ecole Centrale Paris.
In 1988, Barnaby Noble began his career at First Boston Corporation as a financial Analyst before becoming an Engagement Manager on operational efficiency within Mc Kinsey. In 1996, he joined Crédit Suisse where he was a Vice President in Investment Banking. In 1998, he became Investment Director for the equity fund Permira Europe. In
2005, he was recruited by Alstom to run its mergers & acquisitions activities. In 2009, he joined PSA Peugeot Citroën as its Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. This included membership of the Investment Committee of the Fund for the Modernization of the Automotive Equipment Manufacturers (FMEA) as well as Ecomobilité Ventures.
Barnaby Noble, 46, has a MBA from Harvard Business School.
In 1989, Gilles Comes started his carreer at PSA Peugeot Citroën as Internal Auditor. From 1992 to 1995, he was Finance & Risk Managing Director in PSA Bank Germany. From 1995 to 1998 he became the Cash and Interest Rates Treasury Director. In 1998, he becomes PSA International Managing Director in Geneva before taking, in 2003, responsibilities in Program Department. Since July 2011, he has been Vice President of Sales financial controls within brands division.
