Peugeot Invest Société anonyme commences an Equity Buyback Plan for €448.61 million worth of its shares, under the authorization approved on May 12, 2022.

Peugeot Invest Société anonyme (ENXTPA:PEUG) commences share repurchases on January 13, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the General Meeting held on May 12, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to €448.61 million worth of it's shares. The maximum price at which the shares will be repurchased is €180 per share.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The repurchase program is valid for 18 months.
