Petrobras on leniency agreement

Rio de Janeiro, January 16, 2023 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras informs that it received the devolution of about R$ 456 million, recovered through a leniency agreement with UOP LLC - a subsidiary of Honeywell International Inc. - signed with the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) and the Federal Attorney General's Office (AGU), an instrument that is part of a global resolution that involved coordinated action with the Office of the Federal Public Prosecutor (MPF) and U.S. authorities. Petrobras did not have access to the agreement.
