SAO PAULO, July 9 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-run oil giant Petrobras has signed a master agreement with Yara Brasil Fertilizantes for a potential partnership, according to a company securities filing published on Tuesday.
The agreement is in line with the memorandum of understanding both firms signed in February, Petrobras added in its filing. (Reporting by Andre Romani)
