Professional Qualification: Barrister at Law, The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Degree: Bachelor of Law, University of Bristol. Working experience and occupation: Ms. Lim Seang Lee (?Ms. Lim?) obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree from University of Bristol, England in 1983 and was admitted as Barrister at Law of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 1984.
She was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1985. To date, she has 39 years in active legal practice. She has extensive experience in company, commercial, banking and land law, particularly in the areas of shareholder, contractual and property disputes.
Presently, Ms. Lim is practicing under her own law firm, Messrs. Lim Seang Lee & Associates in Penang. She is acting on retainer basis for a public listed company to advise on its corporate and commercial matters including in the area of regulatory compliances and labour and employment.
She is also acting ad-hoc for another public-listed company and some private companies to advise on their commercial matters, including drafting pertinent documents.
