Paycor HCM, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the second quarter ending December 31, 2023 and fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. For the quarter, the company expects total revenues to be in the range of $154.5 million to $156.5 million or 18% growth at the high end of the range.
For the full year, the company expects total revenues to be in the range of $648 million to $654 million, an increase of 18% year-over-year at the top end of the range. Based on current rates, the company expects interest income to be in the range of $44 million to $45 million.
