The Board of Directors of Paycor HCM, Inc. appointed Sarah Haines as the Company?s Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Haines will also assume the principal accounting officer role from Adam Ante, who will continue serving as the Company?s Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer. Ms. Haines, age 40, served as Vice President and Controller since joining the Company in February 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Haines served as Vice President and Controller at Health Carousel, LLC from June 2017 to February 2020, and in several roles of progressively increasing responsibility at Totes Isotoner Corporation from August 2012 to June 2017.
