Patriot National Bancorp : Bank introduces advanced technology as a pilot at new Trumbull Branch Location

Patriot National Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Patriot Bank branch in Trumbull, CT will be relocated 2.3 miles away with the introduction of one of its state of the art, live Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
Patriot's innovative Live Banker ITMs are interactive video kiosks that allow customers to see and speak directly with Patriot bankers on all account related matters during and after business hours. Current Trumbull staff will be reassigned to other branches and all of its customer accounts will be physically transferred to the nearby Fairfield branch at 1755 Black Rock Turnpike.
Trumbull's new ITM location will be inside the Trumbull Mall at 5065 Main Street. Located immediately off exit 48 of the Merritt Parkway, one exit south of the current branch, the Trumbull Mall is one of the region's busiest retail complexes, housing some 140 stores and restaurants. It is also served directly by five different Greater Bridgeport Transit (GBT) bus lines.
Patriot's existing Trumbull branch at 945 White Plains Road will remain open until April 15, 2017.
'Customers will continue to enjoy the same high level of service and professionalism they have come to expect from Patriot,' said Christopher G. Johnson, Senior Vice President and Director of Branch Banking. 'The Trumbull Mall is a magnet for Fairfield County residents, a hub of regional commerce and is ideally located. This new location will allow us to reach an even larger number of customers.'
