(NYSE: PKY) announced today the completion of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price of $18.15 per share. The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and offering expenses payable by the Company, were approximately $182.5 million. The underwriters for the public offering have been granted a 30-day option from January 7, 2014 to purchase up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund potential acquisition opportunities, to repay amounts outstanding from time to time under its senior unsecured revolving credit facility and/or for general corporate purposes.
