The general director of Ingosstrakh company Alexander Grigoryev has been included in the list of candidates for OJSC Sovcomflot's board of directors as an independent director. The list also contains another new candidate: President of the Association of Shipping Companies Alexei Klyavin. Deputy Energy Minister Sergei Kudryashov and CEO of Morgan Stanley's Russian subsidiary Elena Titova have both been excluded from the new list of candidates. Sovcomflot's other seven board members are included in the new list. They are ex-presidential envoy Ilya Klebanov (chairman), Deputy Transport Minister Victor Olersky, head of Transneft Nikolai Tokarev and Sovcomflot's General Director Sergei Frank; as well as independent directors - member of the board of directors at the National Association of Securities Market Participants Marlen Manasov, chairman of the board of Maritime London David Moorhouse and CEO of UFG Asset Management Charles Ryan.
