        billion, an increase of 54% from 906 million during the same period last
        year.
    --  Share of total U.S. radio listening for Pandora in December 2012 was
        7.19%, an increase from 4.71% at the same time last year.

    --  Active listeners were 67.1 million at the end of December 2012, an
        increase of 41% from 47.6 million during the same time period last year.
