Please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (the Exchange) will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 02:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Exchange and through video-conferencing, to consider and approve, among other matters, the annual audited financial statements of the Exchange for the year ended June 30, 2023, and for declaration of any entitlement.
The Exchange has declared the 'closed period from September 10, 2023, to September 16, 2023, as required under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive of the Exchange shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Exchange in any manner whatsoever during the closed period. It may further be noted that the announcement of financial results for the year ended June 30, 2023, will be furnished on next working day after the meeting, in compliance with applicable requirements.
