Pacific Construction Co., Ltd. announces the changes in fourth term remuneration committee members. The members of the committee are Wu Chin-jung/Former Financial Supervisory Commisskon Examination Bureau/Agency Supervisor and Chen Kin-Lung/Probright Technology Inc./Chairman replaced Shen Chen Hsiung, Lawyer and Teng Ellen Y.J, Lawyer. Effective date of the new member is June 13, 2019.
