Orpheus Club Wellness AD is a Bulgaria-based company that is principally engaged in the acquisition of holiday homes, reconstruction and creation of wellness centers and products associated with weight reduction, detoxification, as well as creating tourist routes, and organizing rehabilitation procedures. The Company is also involved in management and renovation of tourist sites, commercial representation and acts as tour operator and travel agent. Orpheus Club Wellness AD is owner of hotels, restaurants, agricultural and industrial buildings, shops and other sites. Its main investments are Trakiyski stan in Plovdiv, Hotel Smolyan, Smolyan and Posetete Relaks klub Orfey among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs major shareholder was Korporatsiya za tekhnologii i inovatsii Sedinenie AD with a stake of 19.34%.
