Origin Bancorp, Inc. announced that on January 22, 2020, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0925 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on February 28, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2020.
