Orange County Bancorp, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. For the quarter, the company reported net interest income of $11,301,000 against $9,890,000 a year ago. Net income was $2,899,000 against $2,614,000 a year ago. Earnings per share was $0.65 against $0.60 a year ago.
