100% stake in R-KORDNetwork Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (seat of business: 8086 Felcsút,

Fő utca 65.; company registration number: 07-09-030651; hereinafter referred to as: R-KORDNetwork Kft.) - exclusively owned by R-KORD Kft.

According to R-KORD Kft., the sale was made in accordance with the medium-term business policy of R-KORD Kft., as it eliminates the elements of the portfolio that do not produce significant added value. The activities that can be performed by R-KORD Network Kft. can be solved by R-KORD Kft. either within its own organization or with the involvement of an external partner, thus, the maintenance of R-KORD Network Kft. has become obsolete from a professional and economic point of view.
