On January 28, 2021, OP Bancorp, (the "Company"), the bank holding company of Open Bank (the "Bank"), issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.




Item 8.01. Other Events

On January 28, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on or about February 25, 2021 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 11, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
