Across the country, customers can now access Qtel's products and services at more than 4,000 authorised dealers, 20 retail shops, and 200 Self-Service Machines (SSM) in convenient locations around the clock.

Throughout 2013, Qtel will continue to enhance its physical presence through its nationwide network of shops and SSM, in order to reach more customers. Qtel is also enhancing the training and support programme for its dealer network.

The nationwide SSM network was enhanced in 2012 by the addition of vouchers for an incredible range of hotels, retail options, entertainment experiences and dining options. Qtel plans to continue to add new partners to this network in 2013, so that customers enjoy the widest choice and best value when they use SSM.

In addition, Qtel plans to add new features to its award-winning eShop, which attracts thousands of visitors every month. On the eShop - www.qtel.qa/eshop- customers can purchase all Qtel products and services, including Hala SIM cards, Shahry plans, Easy-to-Remember numbers and the latest smartphones and home Internet devices. Customers who top-up their Hala accounts using the eTopUp facility enjoy a 10 percent bonus.

As well as reaching out to consumers through its enhanced physical presence, Qtel is encouraging more small- and medium-sized business to sign up for the company's services at the state-of-the-art Business Centres in 2013.

The focus on boosting its customer-facing presence is in-line with Qtel's promises in its Customer Charter, which says that Qtel aims to make interaction as enjoyable, enriching and hassle-free as possible for all customers.
