On January 19, 2022 , we announced that our board of directors declared a
quarterly cash dividend of 93.5 cents per share of common stock, unchanged
from the previous quarter, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3.74
per share. The dividend is payable February 14, 2022 , to shareholders of
record at the close of business January 31, 2022 . A copy of the news
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by
reference.
