Odfjell SE : Extension of TRS agreement

On 1 October 2012 Odfjell SE entered into a Total Return Swap (TRS) agreement with DNB Markets.

The TRS comprises 5,891,166 A-shares and 2,322,482 B-shares with expiry on 2 January 2013. Today, the expiry date for this TRS has been extended to 4 February 2013, with agreed strike prices of NOK 23.50 and NOK 23.10 respectively.
