OCP Credit Strategy Fund Confirms Regular Distribution, Payable on or Before January 15, 2016

Onex Credit Partners, LLC confirmed regular distribution of $0.175 per share of OCP Credit Strategy Fund. The following Regular Distributions will be paid in cash on or before January 15, 2016, to holders of record on December 31, 2015. For the Fund listed below, the Special Distribution will be paid on or before January 15, 2016, to holders of record on December 31, 2015.
