OAR Resources Limited (ASX:OAR) acquired Amorinopolis and Grande Projects in Brazil on May 29, 2024. OAR is working closely with the Industrias Nucleares do Brasil to ensure that all regulations pertaining to the exploration of uranium are being followed. Work is underway to lodge exploration permits with the respective authorities to expedite exploration activities.

Oar Resources Limited is an Australia-based exploration and development company. The Company is focused on building and developing a portfolio of battery and critical minerals assets. The Company's projects include Oar Graphite Project, Denchi Lithium Project, Douglas Canyon Project, Chimu Gold Project, and Gibraltar Halloysite-Kaolin Project. The Oar Graphite project is situated in the center of the Eyre Peninsula, which comprises of six contiguous exploration licenses, covering approximately 1,520 square kilometers of the Gawler Craton. The Denchi Lithium Project covers a combined area of 787.4 square kilometers across seven granted tenements, about 50 kilometers west of Wiluna, in Western Australiaâs prolific Northern Goldfields region. The Chimu Gold plant is a gold lixiviation plant that is located to purchase high grade gold ore from a number of existing small gold miners in the Ayacucho and Chala region of Southern Peru.
