Nyfosa AB (publ) (OM:NYF) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 50% stake in Samfosa AS from Ringmuren As on July 9, 2024. Upon completion, Nyfosa AB (publ) will own 100% stake in Samfosa AS. In connection with the transaction, Samfosa will divest a hotel, a project property and four part-owned companies to Ringmuren AS for NOK 134 million.
The transaction is expected to take place in September 2024.
