Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (NCSP Group or the Group) (LSE: NCSP, Moscow Exchange: NMTP) hereby reports, that an extraordinary meeting of PJSC NCSP shareholders to be held by absentee vote today 31 December 2015 is declared void due to absence of the quorum. No further shareholders meeting were convened.
