Norva24 Group AB (Publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was NOK 792.3 million compared to NOK 603.9 million a year ago. Revenue was NOK 799.4 million compared to NOK 608.5 million a year ago. Net income was NOK 56.7 million compared to NOK 58.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.31 compared to NOK 0.32 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.31 compared to NOK 0.32 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was NOK 1,492.4 million compared to NOK 1,122.1 million a year ago. Revenue was NOK 1,504 million compared to NOK 1,134.9 million a year ago. Net income was NOK 89.3 million compared to NOK 76.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.49 compared to NOK 0.42 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.49 compared to NOK 0.42 a year ago.
Norva24 Group AB (publ) is a Sweden-based Underground Infrastructure Maintenance (UIM) specialist company. The Company's service offering includes mission-critical and non-discretionary maintenance services for underground infrastructure, such as pressure washing, emptying services and pipe services. Norva24 Group has experience emptying septic tanks, grease separators and sand traps. It also offers a range of services in pressure washing, such as tank cleaning and high and ultra-high pressure washing. The Companyâs pipe services include pipe inspections, relining, pressure testing, leak detection, tightness checks and pipe cleaning.
