NOCTILUCA SPÓLKA AKCYJNA announced that it has issued 300,000 series D shares at PLN 14 per share for gross proceeds of PLN 4,200,000 on December 9, 2020. The transaction included participation from JR Holding ASI S.A. (WSE:JRH) who subscribed 37,613 shares as part of an agreement for PLN 526,582. The round also involved participation from other investors.
