Under a new contract, Østfold Kollektivtrafikk has chosen
As part of offering sustainable travel, most of the 139 scheduled buses will run on electricity while the remainder will run entirely on biogas. Moreover, the bus-washing facilities are certified under the Nordic Swan and the depots are designed to contribute towards overall sustainability through the efficient use of energy and water. All buses are fitted with new technology, such as digital rear-view mirrors, omnidirectional cameras that offer the driver a complete view around the bus, and defibrillators.
