Notice of Establishment of Overseas Offices in China
We are pleased to announce that our consolidated subsidiary Nipro Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has established sales offices in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province, and Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province of the People's Republic of China.
In China, our sales activities have been carried out mainly through the head office in Shanghai, offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Kunming, Harbin, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an, Wuhan, Hefei, Xiamen and Changchun, and representative offices in various parts of the country. The newly opened Guiyang and Nanchang offices will further strengthen the sales and service network covering southwestern and eastern China to provide more community-based, meticulous services and respond to the needs of the medical scene, thereby enhancing the presence of the "Nipro brand."
With the addition of newly established Guiyang and Nanchang offices, the Nipro Group now has 216 overseas bases in 58 countries. Going forward, we will continue to promote expansion of overseas bases and endeavor to increase sales and production capabilities.
