Nippon Carbon Co., Ltd. (TSE:5302) acquired 49% stake in Kogo Kornemeyer Graphit GmbH from Kornmeyer Carbon-Group GmbH on February 29, 2016. Norman Röchert, Thomas Dörmer, Daniel Neudecker, Marco Hartmann-Rüppel, Konstantin Schrader, Cristina Böckle and Anne Steinhardt and Ryu Nakazaki of Yamashita, Tsuge and Nimura acted as legal advisors for Nippon Carbon. Andreas Dietl, Christof Alexander Schneider, Eberhard Hafermalz and Olivia Barth of Arqis acted as legal advisor for Kornmeyer Carbon-Group.
