Receiving more than 3,000 entries, the W3 Awards honor creative excellence on the web, and the creative and marketing professionals behind the award-winning sites. In 2010 alone, Utah.Gov and related online services have been recognized with 13 awards.

Through the development and implementation of more than 900 innovative online services, the state of Utah and Utah.Gov continue to offer services that improve the interaction between citizens and government, including several mobile-friendly websites and the first state government-developed iPhone application. Utah.Gov stays at the forefront of innovation and creative marketing by utilizing blogs, an aggregated media feed and social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

Utah.gov receives the most visitors, per capita, of any government website in the nation. More than one million visitors come each month to Utah.gov for a variety of state, federal, and local government services available on the site 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
