PentaNova Energy Corp. announced that Ms. Susannah Pierce, who joined the Board of PentaNova in 2017, resigned from the PentaNova Board of Directors on June 21, 2018 due to increasing personal and professional commitments. At the time of Ms. Pierce's resignation, she served on the Board's Audit Committee. Following her departure, the PentaNova Board of Directors consists of 8 members.
