Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust Announces January and February Distributions, Payable on February 15, 2019 and March 15, 2019 Respectively

Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it will make a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01333 per unit, representing $0.16 per unit on an annualized basis, payable February 15, 2019 to unitholders of record as of January 31, 2019.
The REIT will also make a cash distribution in the amount of $0.01333 per unit, representing $0.16 per unit on an annualized basis, payable March 15, 2019 to unitholders of record as of February 28, 2019.
Nexus Industrial REIT is a Canada-based open-ended real estate investment trust. The Company and its subsidiaries own and operate commercial real estate properties across Canada. It has a portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties in Canada, with a focus on acquiring and owning industrial properties. The Company owns a portfolio of 115 properties (including two properties held for development, in which the Company has an 80% interest) comprising approximately 12.1 million square feet of gross leasable area.
